Kulturnatta Art Walk - In pictures
Kulturnatta Tromsø is a yearly celebration of the arts and cultural life of Tromsø. On October 8th a series of free cultural events took place indoors and outdoors. Mihály Stefanovicz took his camera for a stroll, visiting Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum, Gallery Snerk, Tromsø Academy of Arts, Tromsø Kunstforening, Perspektivet Museum and Elvegata 5.
Gallery Snerk has a new gallery space in Grønnegata 1-3. On Kulturnatta there was an exhibition with works by students at the Tromsø Academy of Arts. The artwork mounted on the railing in the stairs is titled Tension. The site specific installation is made with with wool, by Hilde Guldbrandsen. The sculpture in the back is Sea Land by Veronica Mathisen.
